What Panorix is, who it's for, and where it works.

What is Panorix?
Panorix is a Chrome extension for capturing panoramic and full-page screenshots, with editing tools and an AI-friendly export. Regular screenshot work is processed locally in your browser by default. Free features can be used without signing in; Pro uses Google sign-in for license checks.
How is Panorix different from old-school screenshot extensions?
First-generation extensions break on modern apps with lazy-loading, virtual scroll, or fixed sidebars. Panorix is rebuilt from scratch for those cases — and adds AI-ready export so long captures stay readable when you hand them to an LLM.
What websites does Panorix work on?
Most websites work, including the modern apps that other tools struggle with: Notion, Claude, Gmail, Lark / Feishu Bitable, Airtable, Miro, FigJam, Medium, and similar. If a page misbehaves, email hi@panorix.app — we'll take a look.
Does Panorix work on Mac, Windows, and Linux?
Panorix runs inside Chrome, so it works on any operating system Chrome runs on — Mac, Windows, Linux, and ChromeOS. Edge and other Chromium-based browsers may also work but are not officially supported.

Features

Panorama, HiDPI, AI Reading, and the editor.

What is panorama capture?
Panorama capture lets you grab content that scrolls beyond the viewport — vertically, horizontally, or both. One screenshot for an entire spreadsheet, infinite canvas, or long form, no matter how it scrolls.
What is HiDPI export?
HiDPI export preserves the native device pixels Chrome captured. On Retina or 4K displays, your screenshot is not flattened down to standard resolution — text and fine details stay sharp.
What is "AI Reading" export?
AI Reading slices your long screenshot at 2880-pixel chunks and packs them as a no-compression ZIP. When you drop the chunks into ChatGPT or Claude, the LLM backend doesn't re-compress them, so text stays sharp enough to read. See the AI Reading page for the full story.
Can I edit screenshots after saving them?
Yes. Panorix keeps annotations editable in saved files, so you can reopen a capture later and adjust details without flattening everything into pixels.

Pricing & Account

What's free, what's Pro, and how billing works.

What's free vs Pro?
Free includes single-frame screenshot, basic vertical scroll capture, and PNG / JPG export. Pro currently adds Panorama Screenshot, AI Reading export, and HiDPI export.
How much is Pro?
$19.90 per year, billed annually. You can upgrade from the Account page after signing in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel through Lemon Squeezy and you keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period. No future renewals, no questions asked.
Do I need an account to use Panorix?
Free use needs no account. Pro uses Google sign-in for license checks, so the website and Chrome extension can read the same Pro status.

Billing, cancellation, and refunds

Manage billing, cancel renewal, and request refunds.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Account page and click Manage subscription. You can cancel auto-renewal, update your payment method, and view billing history there. Cancelling auto-renewal does not immediately remove Pro access. Your Pro features remain available until the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds: If Panorix Pro does not work well for your needs, contact us at hi@panorix.app with your order email and a brief description of the issue. Full refund requests are generally accepted within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, refund requests are reviewed case by case. Cancelling auto-renewal does not automatically refund your current payment. A full refund removes Pro access, while a partial refund or extended Pro access usually keeps your Pro access active.
Where do I manage invoices or payment methods?
Use Manage subscription on the Account page. It opens the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, where you can view billing history, update your payment method, and manage auto-renewal.
What happens after I cancel auto-renewal?
Your subscription will not renew, but your Pro access remains active until the end of the paid billing period. Cancelling auto-renewal does not automatically refund your current payment.
Can I buy multiple years in advance or top up my account?
Not at the moment. Panorix Pro is a yearly subscription that renews automatically unless cancelled. We do not currently support account balance, prepaid credits, or buying multiple years in advance. If you keep your subscription active, your Pro access will renew automatically without interruption.
What if I am a paid user and Panorix does not work well for my main use case?
Please contact us at hi@panorix.app with your order email and a brief description of the issue. We will try to investigate and improve the product. If a serious product issue affects your main use case, we may offer a fix, a workaround, extended Pro access, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the situation. When requesting a refund, please include your order email, the website or page where the issue happened, and a short description or screenshot if possible.

Email hi@panorix.app with your order email, the website or page where the issue happened, and a short description or screenshot if possible. We investigate page-specific bugs and may offer a fix, a workaround, extended Pro access, a partial refund, or a full refund depending on the situation.
